Intra Carb+ is Supplement Needs' fully transparent, non-proprietary intra-workout carbohydrate formula, developed alongside Dr Dean St Mart PhD. Each 30.8g serving delivers 25g of Cluster Dextrin® cyclic dextrin carbohydrate, alongside 2.5g of HydroPrime® glycerol powder, 2.5g of D-Ribose and 500mg of Dipotassium Phosphate — built specifically for the peri-workout period, when carbohydrate and hydration intake matter most.

It's ideal for longer, harder or higher-output sessions where getting carbs in around training is part of the plan. The formula is deliberately unflavoured, so it mixes flexibly with other products like Intra EAA+ or Electrolyte+ without clashing on taste — giving you full control over your peri-workout drink.

How To Use

  1. Mix 1 serving (30.8g) with 500–700ml of water and sip before and during your training session. Do not exceed the recommended dose.
  2. Can be stacked alongside Intra EAA+ and Electrolyte+ as part of a complete peri-workout nutrition setup.
  3. Note: The product may clump — this is normal, as the ingredients are hygroscopic (absorb moisture from the air). Store in a dry environment away from humidity and heat; during hot periods, storing in colder temperatures such as a fridge will help. The powder may also gradually develop a slight yellow tint over time, as D-Ribose is a reducing sugar — this natural colour change doesn't affect the quality of the product.
