We currently only ship to the UK. The delivery times vary depending on your chosen shipping method. Express shipping can take 1-2 business days and standard shipping can take can take 2-4 business days.

We currently offer Royal Mail, Evri, Yodel and DPD for orders up to 2kg. For orders from 2-5kg we offer DPD, Evri and Yodel. For orders above 5kg we offer DPD.

With this particular DPD service, the courier will attempt the deliver once. If nobody is at home to collect the order, the courier will take the parcel to your nearest DPD pick up shop.
I would highly recommend downloading the DPD app so that you can keep track of your order and make changes if necessary, such as requesting your order to be left in a safe place.

In the rare event that your package is lost in transit, please allow a couple of days before contacting us. It is not uncommon for delays to occur within the postal and courier services.

In the unlikely even that your order is lost in transit, please allow us some time to investigate this with the courier before proceeding with a reshipment or refund. There has been many occasions when the parcel has been delivered after we have actioned one of these.

Please be mindful that this is down to the postal or courier service and not us, but we will always get the issue resolved in one way or another.

Yes, as long as the order hasn't already been shipped, we can either amend or cancel the order for you this end.

If you are amending your order and there is a difference to the new order value, we will either refund any difference owed to you, or an invoice will be sent via email that you can click on and pay the difference prior to shipment. You will receive a shipment confirmation email within 24 hours of your order confirmation email. A tracking link will be included in your shipment confirmation email.
