Adrenazine is currently the most potent thermogenic fat burning agent available and should definitely not be used in combination with any other product in this category. Targeting a key hurdle to fat loss, the importance of which cannot be overemphasized, the formula sets out to substantially improve insulin sensitivity. For this, Green Rooibos Extract has been added, standardised for high aspalathin content. Multiple studies have confirmed the ability of rooibos to combat insulin resistance and reduce inflammation, this comes about through a significantly decreased expression of all pro-inflammatory cytokines and increased adiponectin expression, -a hormone produced by fat cells that also reduces inflammation and enhances cell response to insulin.

Thiamine has been added because it too plays a unique role in the prevention/reversal of insulin resistance and in fact is required to maintain thiamine status during weight loss in patients with T2 diabetes. Thiamine supplementation can prevent the formation of harmful by-products of glucose metabolism, reduce oxidative stress and improve endothelial function, other specific long-term benefits to cardiovascular risk and renal complications have been identified, such as reduced fibrosis.

Pyridoxine (Vitamin B6) also serves to improve insulin sensitivity and promote fat oxidation in muscle and fat cells, with improved serum adipokine levels and antioxidant enzymes.

Nicotinamide influences whole-body energy expenditure by driving changes in the adipose phenotype, -it promotes “beigeing” of white fat cells, with significant improvements in glucose tolerance and hepatic steatosis.

Riboflavin further augments metabolism of all macros into glucose for energy and drives fat loss from fat cells.

Aframomum Melegueta Extract rapidly increases energy expenditure, via activation of brown adipose tissue (BAT), -a key site of stimulant mediated metabolic thermogenesis.

Caffeine works in tandem with Aframomum here, stimulating lipolysis by providing the stimulant part of the equation to increase levels of the energetic hormones epinephrine and norepinephrine causing a thermogenic affect. Of course, we knew that the level of expectation when it came to increased energy and focus was going to be off the charts, caffeine alone was not going to cut the mustard, so we brought out the big guns!
