Atlas Infusions Electrolytes is a sodium-led, unflavoured mineral powder for people who put in the work, in the gym or on the job. Sweat carries more than water out of the body, with sodium and chloride the main electrolytes lost, so this formula brings them back alongside potassium, magnesium and an eight-element trace complex, all in one powder.

A full 5g serving provides 1,550mg of sodium from sea salt, 260mg of potassium from potassium chloride and 60mg of magnesium from magnesium chloride (16% NRV). The trace complex adds zinc, selenium, copper, iodine, manganese, molybdenum, chromium and boron to the same serving.

The formula is deliberately simple: no fillers, no flow agents, no flavourings and no sweeteners, and no added sugar or maltodextrin, so you choose your own fuel separately to suit the session. Because you weigh your own portion, you can scale the dose to the heat, the duration and how much you sweat, from a light 1g mix up to a full 5g serving.

  1. Weigh your portion and mix it with water to suit the session. Example mixes:
  2. 1g in 500ml = 310mg sodium
  3. 1.5g in 750ml = 465mg sodium
  4. 2.5g in 750ml = 775mg sodium
  5. 5g in 1.5 litres = 1,550mg sodium
  6. More water changes the concentration; less powder changes the dose. The pouch's 400–600ml mixing direction makes a concentrated drink, while smaller weighed portions allow a lighter mix.
  7. A full 5g serving provides 3.88g of salt equivalent. Count food and other drinks, as general UK adult guidance is no more than 6g of salt per day. Match replacement to your losses and avoid forcing fluid. Existing sodium, potassium or fluid restrictions take priority.
  8. Confusion, collapse, seizures or severe heat illness need urgent medical help. Do not try to solve these by adding more powder.
